Be Slow Beets

Gorgeous red beets cooked slow for dinner. I’ve been hanging onto this stained baking sheet for a few days. Couldn’t figure out what to do with it and then Lori shared an image of the bottom of her bowl after she finished eating HER beets and it was remarkable too. So here it is - not much but a ruby reminder of a good meal cooked slowly at home.
